VGD Strapping Cart Loading Instructions

VGD Standard Dispenser/Cart

The following steps describe how to load the steel strapping onto the VGD strapping dispenser/cart

Step 1

• Lay Strapping dispenser down with dispenser plate facing up. Image 1

Step 2

• Remove the cover plate by undoing the hand tightening nut.

• Lift steel coil/strapping onto the dispenser with the strapping unwinding as shown in the diagram.

Note: Do not remove the retaining straps that hold the strapping coil together.

VGD Strapping Cart

Step 3

• Remove retaining strapping from coil
• Replace dispenser cover and tighten nut hand tight.
• Thread the strapping through the guide
